Whole Wheat Muffins

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Tbl Sugar 1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup All Purpose Flour, Sifted 2 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg 1/2 Cup Oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease muffin tins lightly. Sift 2 kinds of flour together with salt baking powder, sugar. Add egg, milk and oil, stir quickly until barely blended. Do not beat. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full of batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
