Belgian Waffles

4 Eggs, Separated 1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Oleo 1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Cup Flour 1 Tbl Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder 1 Tsp Vanilla

Beat egg yolk and sugar until light and foamy. Add cooled melted oleo, milk and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder and add to the egg mixture. Add salt and beat well, fold in egg whites. Bake and serve.
