New Orleans Red Beans And Rice

1 Lb Red Beans, Dried 7 Cup Water
1 Green Pepper, Chopped 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
3 Stalks Celery, Chopped 3 Clove Garlic, Chopped
1/2 Lb Andouille Sausage, Sliced 3 Tbl Creole Seasoning
Hot Rice, Cooked  

Place first 8 ingredients in a 4 quart crook pot. Cook covered at high 7 hours ir until beans are tender. Serve with hot cooked rice.
