Chicken And Broccoli Stir Fry

1 Tbl Oil 1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 Cup Vegetables, Chopped 1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Tbl Soy Sauce 2 Tbl Cornstarch
1 Tsp Garlic Powder 3/4 Tsp Ginger

Stir fry chicken breast cut into strips in hot oil until browned. Add vegetables and stir until crisp tender. Mix broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and spices; stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Serve over rice.
