Chinese Pepper Steak
In medium bowl marinate beef in soy sauce,sugar , vinegar,ginger,garlic and red pepper.Takes 30 minutes.Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Add snow peas,water chestnuts and peppers,stir fry two minutes. Remove from wok. Drain beef , reserving marinade. Add corn starch and water to marinade. Add beef ,stir fry 1 minute, add vegetables. When sizzling, stir in marinade mixture and cook one minute more until vegetables are glazed. Serve at once. Serves four.
