Turkey Lo Mein
Heat oil in large skillet. Add turkey; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, ginger garlic powder and vegetables. Bring to a boil; stir in pasta. Reduce heat cover; simmer 5 to 8 minutes of until pasta is tender. In small bowl combine cornstarch and water. Stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook 1 minute or until thickened; stirring constantly. |
