Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping

2 Squares Semisweet Chocolate 1 Oz 3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Evaporated Milk 2 Tbl Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla  

Melt chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil stirring constantly, 6 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
