Deep Fried Salmon Puffs

1 1/4 Cup Salmon, Drained 1/2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs 1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Flour 1/4 Tsp Soda

Flake the salmon, removing the bones and dark skin. Mix dry ingredients, add milk slowly then the eggs, beat well, mix with the salmon. Drop by spoonfuls into skillet with hot oil, 375. Fry until golden brown.
