Meringue
| 4 Egg Whites | 1/2 Tsp Cream Of Tarter |
| 7 Tbl Sugar |
Beat at high speed until whites start to stiffen, blend in sugar and cream of tarter, until stiff peaks form, add meringue to pie and seal edges. Put in a 325 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.
