Raisin Cream Pie
Place the raisins in a small sauce pan and add the 1/4 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, bring to a boil and steam raisins, set aside. Blend sugar, milk and corn starch, microwave for three minutes, add egg yolks. Return to the microwave for three more minutes ,mixing twice. When thickened add oleo vanilla and raisins, mixing well, pour into baked shell. Top with meringue when making meringue, substitute brown sugar for the white sugar.
