Raisin Pie

1 1/2 Cup Raisins 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
3 Tbl Flour 1/8 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Water, Boiling
1 Tbl Oleo  

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add boiling water slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over hot water or microwave until thick and clear. Add raisins, lemon juice and oleo, mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked shell, dot top with oleo cover with crust top. Vent top and bake at 425 for about 25 minutes, or until nicely browned.
