Fresh Glazed Strawberry Pie
Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water, microwave until lightly thickened. Add dry jello, stir until dissolved, cool. Wash and stem strawberries, pat dry, place berries in baked pie shell, pour cooled gelatin over berries, chill thoroughly. Top with cool whip if desired. Fresh peach pie. This glazed peach pie is the same as the strawberry except we substitute fresh peaches peeled and sliced and use peach gelatin with about 1 teaspoon of cinnamon added.
