Marinara Sauce

2 Tbl Oil 1/2 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped 2 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 Can Tomatoes 14 1/2 Oz, Undrained And Chopped 1 Can Tomato Sauce 8 Oz
1 Tsp Oregano Leaves, Dried 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Sugar  

Heat oil and add pepper, onion and garlic, cook 2 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
