Freezer Pickles
Slice cucumbers, onions and peppers, put in large container, mix and add one tablespoon of salt. (per quart of cucumbers) marinate for two hours, drain and add 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1/2 cup of vinegar (per quart). Stir until well mixed, then marinate for several hours. Refrigerate before serving. May be frozen for later use. |
