Cheddar Salsa Bites
1 2/3 Cup Self Rising Flour |
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese |
1/2 Cup Salsa |
1/4 Cup Oleo, Melted |
1/4 Cup Water |

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Generously grease a large baking sheet. In
a bowl combine flour and cheese. Add salsa, butter and water. Stir just
until blended. Turn dough onto lightly floured board, if necessary knead
just until smooth. With floured fingers and floured rolling pin.Press
and roll dough evenly forming a 6 x 12 inch rectangle. Cut into 1 x 2
inch strips with a knife or pizza cutter. Using a spatula place on
greased baking sheet and 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
Serve warm. To reheat wrap in foil and heat in 400 degree oven for 6 to
8 minutes.
