Dinner Rolls
2 Cup Lukewarm Milk |
2 Pkg Yeast |
2 Eggs |
7 Cup To 7 1/2 Cup Flour |
1/2 Cup Sugar |
2 Tsp Salt |
1/2 Cup Shortening, Softened |

Combine 1/4 cup of warm water and 2 teaspoons of sugar and yeast in a
glass, let stand until it starts to work. Mix all other ingredients with
the yeast mixture. Flour your dough board and knead dough, grease a
large bowl and add dough to the bowl turning it to coat the dough. Cover
the dough with a warm damp cloth and let stand in a warm place until
double. Punch the dough down and knead, let rise until double and knead .
Pinch off dough into pieces for clover leaf rolls in muffin tins or put
in bread pans. Cover and let rise. Bake at 400 degrees 12 to 15 minutes.
When done brush with butter.
