Oatmeal Cake

1 1/4 Cup Water, Boiling 1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar 2 Eggs
1 Tsp Soda 3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Oats 1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla 1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg

Pour boiling water over oats. Cover and let stand 20 minutes. Beat butter till creamy, add sugars, beat till fluffy. Blend in eggs, add oats mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Frosting 1/4 cup melted oleo, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons half and half and 3/4 cup of coconut.
