Texas Sheet Cake
2 Cup Flour |
1/2 Cup Milk |
2 Cup Sugar |
1 Tsp Cinnamon |
2 Stick Oleo |
1/4 Tsp Salt |
4 Tbl Cocoa |
1 Tsp Soda |
1 Cup Water |
2 Eggs |
Frosting |
1 Stick Oleo |
1 Tsp Vanilla |
4 Tbl Cocoa |
1 Cup Nuts, Optional |
5 Tbl Milk |
3 Cup Powdered Sugar |

Cake: Melt oleo, cocoa and water. Combine with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes in an 11 x 16 x 1 inch deep cookie
sheet. While still warm cover with the frosting.
Frosting: Blend oleo, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and remove from
heat. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake. Sprinkle with
nuts if desired.
