Apple Nut Coffee Cake
2 Cup Flour |
1 Cup Sugar |
1 Cup Sour Cream |
1 Tsp Cinnamon |
1/4 Tsp Salt |
1 Tsp Vanilla |
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar |
1 Tsp Soda |
2 Eggs |
1/2 Cup Nuts, Chopped |
1 Tsp Baking Powder |
1/2 Cup Shortening |
2 Cup Apples, Chopped |
2 Tsp Oleo, Melted |
Grease a 13x9 inch pan. Stir together flour, salt, soda and baking
powder. Cream sugar and shortening... Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add
flour mixture and sour cream alternately to creamed mixture. Fold in
apples, spread batter in pan. Combine nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon
stir in oleo. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
