Double Peanut Butter Cake
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter |
1/4 Cup Oleo |
3/4 Cup Sugar |
2 Eggs |
3/4 Cup Milk |
1 1/2 Cup Flour |
2 Tsp Baking Powder |
1/4 Tsp Salt |
1/3 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter |
3 Tbl Oleo |
3 Cup Powdered Sugar |
1/4 Cup Milk |
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla |

For cake batter, beat together peanut butter, oleo, sugar, eggs and milk.
Slowly add flour, baking powder and salt, mixing well. Pour into one
greased 8 inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool
completely before frosting. To prepare frosting, mix together 1/3 cup of
peanut butter, 3 tablespoons of oleo, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of
milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla. Spread over cake after it has
cooled
