Hershey Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Cake

2 Cup Sugar 1 3/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Cocoa 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tbl Soda 1 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs 1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Oil 2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Water, Boiling  

Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into 2 9 inch round greased and floured pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack. Frost.
