Mexican Beef Casserole
1 1/4 Lb Beef, Ground |
1/4 Cup Green Chiles, Diced |
2 Tsp Chile Powder |
1 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded |
1 Egg, Beaten |
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped |
1 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce |
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder |
1/2 Cup Sour Cream |
1 Pkg Tortilla Chips |
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat .Add green chiles, tomato sauce,
seasoning ,simmer. Combine one half cup of cheese with sour cream into
meat, alternately layer chips with meat mixture. Sprinkle with remaining
cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
