1 Lb Red Beans, Dried |
7 Cup Water |
1 Green Pepper, Chopped |
1 Medium Onion, Chopped |
3 Stalks Celery, Chopped |
3 Clove Garlic, Chopped |
1/2 Lb Andouille Sausage, Sliced |
3 Tbl Creole Seasoning |
Hot Rice, Cooked |

Place first 8 ingredients in a 4 quart crook pot. Cook covered at high 7
hours ir until beans are tender. Serve with hot cooked rice.
