Turkey Bow Tie Skillet
1 Lb Turkey, Ground |
3 Tsp Oil |
1 1/2 Cup Celery, Chopped |
1 Cup Onion, Chopped |
1 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped |
2 Clove Garlic, Minced |
2 Can Chicken Broth |
4 Cup Bow Tie Pasta, Uncooked |
2 Can Stewed Tomatoes 14 1/2 Oz |
2 Tbl Vinegar |
1 1/2 Tsp Sugar |
1 Tsp Chili Powder |
1 Tsp Garlic Salt |
4 Tbl Parmesan Cheese, Grated |
In dutch oven brown turkey in oil. Add vegetables and garlic and cook
until vegetables are tender. Remove the turkey and vegetables with a
slotted spoon. Add broth and bring to a boil; add pasta and cook for 10
minutes or until tender. Reduce heat and stir in rest of ingredients
with the turkey mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
