Chicken Ro Ho
1 Chicken, Boiled |
11 Dash Red Pepper |
1 Pkg 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, Grated |
1 Can Hot Green Chilies |
1 Can Chicken Soup Base |
1 Dash Garlic |
1 Onion, Chopped |
1 Can Ro-Tel Tomatoes |
1 Can Mushroom Soup |
1 Bag Corn Chips |
Boil one chicken, remove the chicken from the bone and chop in large
pieces. Place in 2 quart. Casserole. Sprinkle garlic powder and red
pepper over chicken. Chop one onion, put over chicken. Sprinkle 8 oz.
Grated cheese over onion. Mix one can ro-tel tomatoes and hot green
chilies with one can of mushroom soup and one can of chicken soup and
1/2 bag crushed corn chips. (8-12 oz.) pour mixture over the top of
chicken, onions and cheese. Top with remainder of crushed chips. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. This is plenty spicy (you might want
to reduce the red pepper and ro-tel tomatoes.
