Homemade Beef And Noodles
2 Lb Beef, Cubed |
3 Tbl Beef Bouillon |
1 Tbl Oleo |
Salt, To Taste |
Parsley, To Taste |
Pepper, To Taste |
Wide Noodles, As Needed |

Brown the beef cubes with a little oil in a large stew pot (at least 8
quart.) add three quarts of water, bouillon, oleo and seasonings. Bring
to a full boil, then cover the pot ,reduce the heat to medium low and
simmer for one hour as the water evaporates add water to keep it at
three quarts. Drop in the noodles a handful at a time, stirring
constantly so they wont clump together. Boil lightly for about 15
minutes, or until the noodles are tender and you have a good gravy makes
about six servings
