Chicken Lo Mein
1 Tbl Oil |
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Thin Bite Sized Pieces |
1 Clove Garlic, Minced |
1/4 Tsp Ginger |
1/2 Cup Water |
2 Tbl Soy Sauce |
1 Can Chicken Broth 10 1/2 Oz |
4 Oz Angel Hair Pasta, Broken Into Thirds |
1 Lb Pkq Frozen Broccoli, Carrots |
And Water Chestnuts |
Heat oil in large skillet until hot. Add chicken and garlic and cook
until chicken is no longer pink. Add ginger. Water, soy sauce and broth
and bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Add frozen vegetables and return to
a boil. Cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until tender.
