Chinese Pepper Steak
3 Cup Beef, Cooked |
3 Tbl Soy Sauce |
1 Tsp Sugar |
1 Tsp Fresh Ginger |
1 Clove Garlic |
1 Tbl Corn Starch |
13 7/8 Tsp Red Pepper |
1/4 Cup Salad Oil |
1/2 Lb Snow Peas |
2 Red Peppers |
8 Oz Water Chestnuts, Drained And Sliced |
2 Tbl Water |
In medium bowl marinate beef in soy sauce,sugar , vinegar,ginger,garlic
and red pepper.Takes 30 minutes.Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Add
snow peas,water chestnuts and peppers,stir fry two minutes. Remove from
wok. Drain beef , reserving marinade. Add corn starch and water to
marinade. Add beef ,stir fry 1 minute, add vegetables. When sizzling,
stir in marinade mixture and cook one minute more until vegetables are
glazed. Serve at once. Serves four.
