Turkey Lo Mein
1 Tbl Oil |
1 Lb Turkey Pieces, Uncooked |
1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth |
2 Tbl Soy Sauce |
1/2 Tsp Sugar |
1/4 Tsp Ginger |
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder |
1 Pkg Broccoli 16 Oz, Carrots |
Water Chestnuts And Peppers |
1 Pkg Angel Hair Pasta 4 Oz (1 1/2 Cups), Broken |
2 Tsp Cornstarch |
2 Tbl Water |
Heat oil in large skillet. Add turkey; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until
no longer pink. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, ginger garlic
powder and vegetables. Bring to a boil; stir in pasta. Reduce heat cover;
simmer 5 to 8 minutes of until pasta is tender. In small bowl combine
cornstarch and water. Stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook 1 minute or
until thickened; stirring constantly.
