Snicker Doodles

1 Cup Shortening 2 Eggs
2 Tsp Cream Of Tarter 1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Cinnamon 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 3/4 Cup Flour 1 Tsp Soda
2 Tbl Sugar  

Blend sugar, shortening and eggs. Shift flour, cream of tarter, salt and soda. Add to creamed mixture. Mix until well blended. Form into balls, roll in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
