Double Chocolate Oat Cookies
1 Pkg Chocolate Chips 12 Oz |
1/2 Cup Oleo, Softened |
1/2 Cup Sugar |
1 Egg |
1/4 Tsp Vanilla |
3/4 Cup Flour |
3/4 Cup Oatmeal |
1 Tsp Baking Powder |
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda |
1/4 Tsp Salt (Optional) |
Preheat oven to 375. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in small saucepan;set
aside. Beat oleo and sugar until fluffy; add melted chocolate chips, egg
and vanilla. Add flour, oats, baking powder, soda and salt. Mix well;
stir in remaining chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto
ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie
sheet. Remove to wire rack.
