Pumpkin Raisin Bars
2 Cup Flour |
2 Cup Sugar |
2 Tsp Baking Powder |
1 Tsp Soda |
1 Tsp Cinnamon |
1 Tsp Nutmeg |
1/2 Tsp Salt |
1/2 Tsp Cloves |
1 Cup Oil |
4 Eggs |
1 Can Pumpkin 15 Oz |
1/2 Cup Nuts, Chopped |
1/2 Cup Raisins |
Frosting |
1/3 Cup Butter, Softened |
1 Pkg Cream Cheese 3 Oz |
2 Cup Powdered Sugar |
1 Tbl Milk |
1 Tsp Vanilla |

Heat over to 350. Grease 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan. In a large bowl combine
all bar ingredients except nuts and raisins. Beat at low speed until
moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick
comes out clean. Cool completely. In a small bowl combine all frosting
ingredients; beat until smooth. Frost cooled bars. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 48 bars. To make pumpkin cake use 13 x 9 inch pan and bake for 40
to 50 minutes.
