Rice Pudding (Baked)

2 Cup Milk 1 1/2 Cup Rice, Cooked
1/2 Cup Raisins 1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon 1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs  

Heat milk until hot, beat eggs and add all ingredients to the hot milk. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 qt baking dish (ungreased). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stir and bake for 15 minutes longer, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
