Toasted Pecan Ice Cream Sauce
1/2 Cup Oleo |
1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed |
2 Tbl Light Corn Syrup |
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream |
1 Cup Pecans, Toasted |

Microwave oleo on high 45 to 60 seconds, stir in brown sugar and corn
syrup. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Bring to a boil, stirring
once. Microwave one more minute, gradually stirring in whipping cream,
bring to a boil, stir in toasted pecans. (place chopped pecans on a
cookie sheet and place in 350 degree oven turning until lightly browned)
good on homemade ice cream!
