Cornmeal Crusted Scallops

1 Lb Fresh Or Thawed Frozen Sea Scallops 3 Tbsp Cornmeal
1/2 Tsp Each Salt And Paprika 1 Tbsp Oil

Put cornmeal, salt and paprika in a plastic food bag, add scallops and shake to coat. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add scallops and cook for 3 minutes, turning over once until golden and cooked through.
