Peppery Rib Eye Steaks
1 1/2 Tsp Garlic, Minced |
1 1/2 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper, Ground |
1 Tsp Dry Mustard |
1 Tsp Paprika |
1 Tsp Chili Powder |
1/2 Tsp Thyme Leaves, Dried |
1/2 Tsp Red Cayenne Pepper |
1 Tbl Olive Oil |
Dry rub mix. Mix dry rub ingredients in a small bowl. Brush olive oil on
both sides of steaks and place on plastic wrap. Press dry rub on both
sides of steaks. Wrap air tight and refrigerate for up to 1 hour. Grill
steaks 4 to 6 inches above heat source 5 to 7 min per side for rare, 7
to 9 minutes for med., 9 to 11 minutes for well done. To broil steaks on
broiler pan rack 4 to 5 inches from heat source.
