Corn Dogs

2 Cup Flour 2 1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1 Egg 1/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tsp Baking Powder 3/4 Cup Milk
1 1/4 Cup Water 20 Franks

Combine all ingredients except franks, may use hands, batter will be stiff. Divide dough evenly into 20 parts. Wet hands and pat each portion out flat and mold around franks. Deep fat fry at 390 for 20 minutes, or until lightly brown. Serve with mustard and ketchup .
