Fish And Chips Coating

2 Tbl Flour 2 Tbl Corn Starch
2 Tbl Water 1 Tsp Salad Oil
1 Tsp Vinegar 1 Tsp Baking Powder

Mix above ingredients (maybe doubled) for coating red snapper or other types of fish. This type of coating is the same as used by long john silvers. Coat fish with mix and deep fry until golden brown.
