Fettuccine Alfredo

8 Oz Fettuccine, Uncooked 1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream 1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/8 Tsp Nutmeg 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 Tbl Fresh Parsley, Chopped  

Cook fettuccine as directed on package; keep warm. Melt butter in large skillet; stir in cream, pepper and nutmeg. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in cheese and cooke over low heat until cheese is just melted. Immediately stir in noodles. Toss to coat with sauce.
