Banana Cream Pie

3/4 Cup Sugar 2 Tbl Corn Starch
2 Cup Milk 4 Egg Yolks
2 Tbl Oleo 2 Tsp Vanilla
3 Ripe Bananas 1/4 Tsp Banana Extract

Slice bananas and put into a bowl with water and lemon juice. Combine the sugar, corn starch and milk .Microwave for three minutes, mix in egg yolks, return to microwave for three minutes more, mixing twice before it thickens. Add oleo,vanilla and banana extract .Place bananas on paper towels and dry. Place bananas in shell and pour pudding over bananas. Top with meringue and bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
