Salsa
4 Qt Tomatoes |
3 Onions, Chopped |
4 Green Peppers, Chopped |
7 Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped |
1/3 Cup Sugar |
1/4 Cup Salt |
1/2 Cup Vinegar |
4 Can Tomato Paste 12 Oz |
1 1/2 Tbl Pepper |

Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes. Hot pack or pressure cook
for 10 minutes at 10 lb. Makes about 10 pints.
