Beef Jerky (Deannas)
| 1 1/2 Lb Round Steak | 1/4 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp B.Q. Seasoning | 1/2 Tsp Liquid Smoke |
| 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder | 1/4 Tsp Pepper |
| 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce | 1/4 Cup Worchestersire Sauce |
| 1 Tbl Accent | 1 Tbl Onion Powder |
Partially freeze meat, cut off fat and cut into stripes 1/8 inch wide. Mix all ingredients for marinade and soak meat overnight in refrigerate. Lay strips on rack in roasting pan and bake at 140 degrees for about eight hours, turning at least twice. Store in jars in the refrigerate.
