Potato Soup
3 Cup Potato, Diced |
2 Stalks Celery, Diced |
1 Small Onion, Chopped |
1/4 Cup Water |
1/2 Tsp Salt |
1 Tsp Parsley Flakes |
1/8 Tsp Pepper |
1 Tsp Chicken Bouillon |
2 Cup Milk |
4 Tbl Flour |
3 Tbl Butter |

Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water, seasonings and bouillon in 2
quart casserole. Cover. Microwave on high 7 to 10 minutes. Stir after
half the cooking time. Combine 1/4 cup milk with flour until smooth.
Stir mixture, milk and butter into potatoes. Microwave on high uncovered
for another 7 to 10 minutes, or until thickened. Stirring several times
during cooking.
